We reduced the number of user-steps required to make a booking or take action. By creating clearly divided, aesthetic “call-to-action” blocks, the site elevated key tasks to front-and-centre, making it easier and faster for visitors to find what they wanted.

A flexible content management system was implemented so Royal Caribbean’s team could update pages, promotions, trip information and images more easily—minimising reliance on heavy development for routine updates.
